At Mutiara International Grammar School (MIGS), we are committed to preparing students not only for academic excellence but also for success beyond the classroom. On 21 November 2025, we proudly marked a significant milestone by officially signing the MIDP Soft Skills Partnership with the MIDP Youth Institute, opening exciting opportunities for our students to develop essential leadership and communication skills.
The signing ceremony was made even more memorable by an inspiring keynote address from Nor Emellia Mohd Shariff, CEO of MIDP Youth Institute. Her engaging presentation highlighted the importance of confidence, effective communication, and leadership in today’s interconnected world, encouraging students to embrace every opportunity for personal growth.
Following the ceremony, students eagerly participated in an introductory workshop that brought learning to life. Through interactive public speaking and storytelling activities, the hall was filled with laughter, thoughtful discussions, and enthusiastic participation. It was encouraging to witness our students stepping out of their comfort zones, sharing ideas, and building confidence in a supportive environment.
This partnership reflects MIGS’ commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals who are equipped with the skills needed to thrive academically, socially, and professionally. By working together with the MIDP Youth Institute, we aim to cultivate articulate, confident, and globally minded leaders who are ready to make a positive impact in the future.
