Primary School

Our Primary School provides a strong academic foundation while nurturing confident, inquisitive and well-rounded learners. Following the English National Curriculum and enhanced by the Cambridge framework, our programme develops essential knowledge, critical thinking and lifelong learning skills, preparing students for a smooth transition into Secondary School.

Learning extends beyond the classroom through an integrated, cross-curricular approach that encourages creativity, collaboration and real-world problem-solving. Project-based learning, STEAM education, educational excursions and a wide range of co-curricular activities empower students to discover their interests, develop new talents and build future-ready skills.

Assessment & Student Progress

We believe assessment should support learning, not simply measure it. Our balanced assessment framework consists of 60% formative and 40% summative assessments, providing continuous feedback to support every child’s development.

Students’ progress is monitored through:

  • Cambridge Primary Progression Tests (Key Stage 2) for English, Mathematics and Science.
  • Cambridge Primary Checkpoint (Year 6), externally assessed by Cambridge to benchmark students against international standards.
  • Parent-Teacher Conferences, held each term to discuss students’ academic progress and personal development.
  • End-of-Term Report Cards, providing a comprehensive overview of achievement, effort, strengths and areas for growth.

Our Primary School spans Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing every student with the confidence, knowledge and character to excel in the next stage of their educational journey.
