Extra Curricular

Sports

Sport is an integral part of the Mutiara experience. Our goal is to involve, excite and motivate our students to participate in a variety of sports for the purpose of physical activity, relaxation, and fun.

Mutiara operates a comprehensive choice of competitive and recreational sports as part of our curriculum offering a vibrant, exciting sports programme from Reception to Year 11. We encourage maximum participation, individual aspiration, squad achievement, and personal excellence. Students not only participate to keep themselves fit, they learn about sportsmanship, dedication, and teamwork – valuable life skills that usually take place in a competitive arena.

Mutiara organizes and schedules various sports events to keep students engaged physically and to tap into their sporting talents. Inter-international school competitions, friendlies and termly matches are among the regular sports events available.

In addition to that, participation in sports is a daily routine at Mutiara through the school Physical Education curriculum. It is also made a compulsory part of education to participate in sports during CCA.

Students benefit from facilities both on and off-campus. Our basketball court, football field, and School Hall frequently used. We transport students to and from other nearby venues for access to any additional sports
