The governance structure at Mutiara International Grammar School consists of the Board of Governors and the Board of Directors. Members within this structure provide the strategic direction for the School. They are entrusted with guarding the School’s long-term interests and committed to the principles of best practice.
Major responsibilities undertaken by members include the setting of School policies, maintaining of stable financial conditions, establishing of regulations for the conduct of staff and students, and overseeing the Head of School. In addition, they advise and support the Senior Management Team in all aspects of the School’s strategy.
